Powder coating is a high-quality finish found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day.  Powder coating protects the roughest, toughest machinery as well as the household items you depend on daily.  It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish.  Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.

It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time.

Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating that can be applied to a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, polymers, and wood. It's used to enhance the physical properties of materials, such as their abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. Cerakote is also known for its aesthetic versatility. Benefits of Cerakote

  • Abrasion resistance: Helps prevent wear and tear over time
  • Corrosion resistance: Protects against rust and corrosion
  • Chemical resistance: Protects against harsh chemicals
  • UV stability: Helps prevent fading over time
  • Impact strength: Helps protect against scratches and dings
  • Waterproofing: Helps protect against water damage

Applications of Cerakote firearms, knives, tools, eyewear, consumer electronics, wearables, industrial valves, and sporting and athletic equipment. And so much more!

CNC Plasma Cutting

What is a CNC Plasma Cutting System? These are computer controlled machines that can cut through any electrically conductive material (steel / stainless / aluminum / copper). The machine takes a 2D computer generated drawing and translates it to a computer numerical control (CNC) system that is coupled with a Plasma Cutter. The Plasma Cutter uses an electrical arc and compressed air to cut through the conductive material. We have a 45 amp plasma cutter allowing us to cut materials up to 5/8 thick. Our table is 4ft x 4ft.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting is a surface preparation technique that uses high-pressure abrasive material to remove contaminants, roughen or smooth surfaces, or create designs.

Uses of sandblasting

  • Cleaning: Removes paint, rust, corrosion, and other contaminants from a variety of surfaces
  • Surface preparation: Prepares surfaces for painting, coating, or powder coating

  • Repairing: Repairs damage caused by rust
  • Removing scratches: Removes scratches and casting marks from metal surfaces
  • Roughening: Roughens smooth surfaces
  • Smoothing: Smooths rough surfaces

How sandblasting works

Sandblasting is also known as abrasive blasting. It uses a blasting machine to force abrasive materials against a surface.

Applications of sandblasting

Sandblasting is used in many industries, including construction, automotive, and metal fabrication. It can be used on a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood.
